Shipping policy :
• Fedex 2 day / UPS 2nd Day Air
• Overnight shipping available upon request.
• Shipping day on Monday-Tuesday
• Order received on Wednesday-Sunday will be shipped on the following monday.
• Fish will be fast 2 days before shipping.
• Ice pack/heat pack will be included if necessary.
DOA policy :
• In the event of DOA, you must send us clear photo AND video of the ORIGINAL and UNOPENED bag no later than TWO HOURS after posted delivery time. We will always be reasonable to works things out.
• DOA claim submitted more than TWO HOURS after delivered will not be availabe for replacement or refund.
• DOA claim with bag OPENED will be voided.
• Shipping is what a customer pays to transport fish from our location to the destination. We do not provide a refund on shipping in any case.
To ensure successful fish acclimation:
• Maintain optimal temperature around 68°F-75°F.
• Allow for acclimation as theres difference from shipping bag and new environment.
• Quarantining newly shipped fish is highly recommended.
• Separate containers/tank, turn off lights for the first 24 hours.
• No feeding for the first 24-48 hours. Start feeding light amount of food and gradually increase.
